A Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Service

My one-night stay was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism when they refused to honor my reservation. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable stay.

Budget-friendly comfort

I stayed here for two nights and everything was great! The staff were super friendly, helped me out when I had a little issue with the TV, resolved right away. A clean place, couldn't complain about the noise levels at all.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but I guess worth the price.

Service animal surprise

The bed was incredibly comfy, making our six-night stay relaxing. Also, the water pressure and air conditioning were on point, perfect for the Sacramento heat.

Unfortunately, the staff's treatment regarding our service dog was disappointing and frustrating. Their lack of understanding about service animals was humiliating and unprofessional.

The room was clean with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a comfy bed. It had a private bathroom with free toiletries, and cable channels on the TV for relaxing. The location was convenient, close to eateries and stores. Parking was free, which was nice. Staff were friendly and attentive too!

It was just a commendable fit for a quick stopover in West Sacramento with decent value for money. The room had a surprising level of quiet, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Make sure to check the reservation details before arrival to avoid any confusion.

I enjoyed a cozy stay where the room was spotless and the comfy bed made my nights peaceful. The pool area was relaxing and the outdoor lounge gave me a nice spot to unwind. The only downside was a bit of noise from the nearby traffic, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

We had an awesome time staying with a group of friends! The location is great, with several fun spots nearby like Raley Field and the Riverbend Golf Course to explore. The cable programming was entertaining for our downtime, making it a convenient choice for hanging out together.

We did have a rough time with one staff member who was quite rude when we needed assistance. It felt frustrating trying to get help when we wanted to extend our stay.

everything about echo lodge is great. it's really clean and the location is perfect for exploring drought-stricken california. i appreciated the smooth check-in process. definitely the cleanest motel around!
